Before contacting us
To help us resolve your request quickly, include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or video if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For returns, contact us before sending the item. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Sending an item without contacting us first may delay identification and processing of your return.
